Post-Muay Thai Strength Circuit Program
New Methods. Same Thai-style Training.
Built around my experience training in Thailand for the last 4 years, this strength training program are a series of workouts that takes less than 20 minutes, to be performed after Muay Thai, 3 times a week.
The program revolves around various chin-up, push-up and core exercises progressed over 3 phases to ensure more well-rounded physical development vs. traditional Thai fitness regimens.
It also Includes GCP robustness circuits as a more comprehensive way to strengthen your neck and grip, while keeping your lower leg healthy from all the running volume and speed kicks seen in traditional Muay Thai training.
