Are you a fighter

living and training in Thailand?

Many Thai gyms get you performing the same bodyweight pull ups, push ups and high rep core work year-round…

Why not bring some structure to it now?

Introducing…

THE POST-MUAY THAI STRENGTH CIRCUIT PROGRAM

NEW METHODS.

SAME THAI-STYLE TRAINING.

Compliment Your Muay Thai

Short and effective sessions (<20 mins), to be performed after Muay Thai, 3+ times a week.

Structured Progressions

The program revolves around various chin-up, push-up and core exercises progressed over 3 phases to ensure more well-rounded physical development vs. traditional Thai fitness regimens.

Strengthen Your Weak Links

Comprehensive way to strengthen your neck and grip, while keeping your lower leg healthy from all the running volume and speed kicks seen in traditional muay thai training.

  • Chins and pull ups are the bread and butter of any strength training program. Chin ups in this program are progressed over 3 phases to ensure you dominate in the clinch.

  • Gone are the days of performing 300 partial rep push ups. When performed correctly at varying loads and intensities, push up variations can improve shoulder health and strengthen the muscles used for punching and elbowing.

  • Core development is always taken seriously at GC Performance Training. You’ll find not only loaded high-rep sit ups, but various explosive core rotation exercises like leg raises, woodchoppers to increase your muscle endurance and power.

  • These are circuits performed at the end of the session, aimed at training small or often neglected muscles important for injury prevention in Muay Thai. You’ll see a combination of exercises for the neck, grip, elbow, shoulder and lower leg.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM

who is this program for?

  • Muay thai fighters in Thailand looking for a more affordable and flexible option for a strength training plan.

  • Fighters that aren’t making any progress in the mirror or in their performance, grinding away at countless reps of pull ups and push ups in the gym with no structure.

  • Fighters looking for a consistent, structured routine to prevent injuries and improve their Muay Thai performance.
