The Big 4 Plyometric Program

The GCPT Big 4 Plyometric Program is the last installment of the Big 4 series I initially launched in 2020. A natural progression from the movement patterns and training velocities we performed in the Big 4 Power, this program shifts its focus onto plyometric jumping progressions. All while maintaining the core pushing, pulling and hinging accessories seen in previous programs.
The program consists of:
3 training phases consisting of 2 training weeks each
3-day training split with an emphasis on plyometric jumping and pushing variations.
Carefully selected accessories and assistance lifts to round out and supplement full-body power development.
The Big 4 Plyometric Program is most suitable for:
Trainees and athletes looking to improve rate of force development/explosive strength.
