Developing strength, speed and power, as well as fine tuning movement patterns will give you a big advantage over your competition. While you will be performing many resistance training and body weight exercises, the main goal is to be able to translate those exercises into your performance in your given sport. I'm a firm believer that consistent effort and hard work paired with a science-based approach to training is critical to maximizing results and maintaining long term athlete health.
