My Philosophy On Powerlifting

Powerlifting is one of the most beginner friendly strength sports out there. Constantly training the big 3 (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) can effectively put on muscle mass, increase strength, reduce your risk of injury outside the gym, as well as a multitude of health benefits related to strength training. When it comes to pushing your body to its limits, breaking strength plateaus or training for a tough powerlifting competition, training smart is key. From volume, intensity, and frequency, to exercise selection, rest times and deloads; multiple training variables must be intelligently manipulated in order for you to perform at your best. This is where I come in!

  • Daily check ups and communication through Email/Facebook. Google Hangout (video calls) are also available.
  • Receive in-person coaching sessions for a discounted price $40.00/session (down from $60.00)
  • Technical analysis of your lifting videos - receive feedback to improve the quality of your lifts

 

platinum package (competition prep)

$200.00/4 Weeks*

  • In-depth initial consultation to review your training history, injuries, strength & weaknesses
