With the busy work schedule many people possess and the price tag that come's with high-quality personal training, it's easy to find excuses on why you aren't reaching your bodyweight, fat loss and fitness goals. Online training has been becoming more popular as of late due to it's convenience, affordability and reliability.

No longer are you paying exorbitant amounts of money to see a trainer once or twice week. With online training, you have workouts and nutrition guides catered to your individual goals with a click of a button, as well as on-going text, email and video call support with your trainer/coach.


How Does it Work?

With more than 3 years of experience working with people looking to lose weight, to competitive athletes, online training has been one of my most successful tools for achieving results and changing lives. I have recently revamped my online training system to provide more quality support for my clients, here's how it works:
 

All experience levels welcomed

It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner, or an experienced athlete. I have the tools and skills necessary to get you to your goals. I have worked with teachers, business professionals, students and busy parents. The goal is always to contextualize training in a way it fits YOUR work schedule and YOUR life commitments.  There are no cookie cutter systems here. I listen to the feedback of all my clients and adjust their exercise programs accordingly. You're not only purchasing a training or diet program, but a real-world coach and support system.
 

ASSESSMENT

We will start with an initial video call to talk about your needs, wants, short-term and long-term goals. Do you want to lose fat for the upcoming summer? Build some strength and muscle? Become more active? We'll discuss the steps needed to bring you closer to your goal.
 

fitness program

After assessing your fitness and injury history, I will write up a detailed and adaptable fitness program based on exercises that will help you reach your goals, as well as exercises that you love doing and want to keep in your routine. Don't worry if you're new to all of this, there will be video tutorials and opportunities to ask me questions along the way.
 

nutrition

Proper nutrition and a healthy diet is the key to transforming your body and improving your performance. A detailed nutritional consulting session is also included, as well as PDF and Excel sheet guides on how to count calories, healthy food selection lists and tips for portion size control.
 

progress & consistency

Along the way, you will be held accountable with progress pictures and periodic body weight check ins - this is to make sure you're improving and having a positive experience during your fitness journey.
 

communication 

Having been on multiple fitness and fat loss journeys myself, I know the mindset it takes to create results. I will be there with you every step of the way to ensure your success and will be open to any questions you have for me along the way. I can be reached via Text, Email and Google Hangout/Video Call.
